Uche Onyekwuru is the president and founder of Blessing home to alleviate poverty in Canada; a non-profit organization, that is aiming to help the less privileged in the Canadian society to eradicate poverty. Uche obtained the National Certificate of Education at Micheal Otedola College of Education, Lagos State, Nigeria. She also completed her degree in home economics at Ado Ekiti University, in Nigeria. Uche completed an early childhood education program at Aderson college. Uche Onyekwuru is currently working with TCDSB as an assistant teacher(supply teacher) and also a support worker at Anduhyaun shelter for over 4 years. Uche Onyekwuru has her biological children of a daughter and 2 sons, with two adopted children in Canada. Uche Onyekwuru has been caring for less privileged individuals over the years and has been serving in the community, meeting the basic needs of individuals who need it the most. She is currently the president and founder of Blessing Home to Alleviate Poverty Canada.

Mr Glory Otorie has over thirty years experience in Administration and Business Management having obtained a bachelors degree in Political Science ( 1989 ) from the University of Benin, Nigeria. 

He worked in both Public and Private sectors in Nigeria rising to the position of Assistant General Manager of the Mingi Group of Companies, Portharcourt. 

Glory Otorie currently works with Petro Canada as a Supervisor and is also a Minister of the Gospel of Christ.

Ms. Vicky Aruwa is BHTAP's General Manager and Ex-Officio on the Board of directors.  She is an Internationally Trained Accountant with certification and experience in Project Management and Banking. She has a passion for helping the helpless and for the younger generation. She is actively using that passion to support Blessing Home to Alleviate Poverty.

Mr Michael Falade has over 30 years of experience as an IT manager and a data scientist with master degrees in both Information Systems and Business Administration.

He has worked in both public and private sectors in Nigeria and Canada, rising to the position of Assistant General Manager in a Nigerian bank. He is currently working with Ontario Public Service as a data analyst and also Minister of the Gospel of Christ.
